Preparation1. Remove the pizza from its original packaging and place it on baking sheets (the products do not need to be defrosted first) 2. Preheat the convection oven to the required temperature 5-15 minutes before baking. 3. In a combi steamer, first set for 30 seconds at 180 °C with steam blowing, and then cook for 15 minutes (without steam without preliminary defrosting) 4. If the product has already been defrosted, the cooking time should not exceed 3 minutes. Do not open the oven door until cooking is complete. After cooking, the shelf life in the heat display case is 4 hours at a temperature of 35 to 40 °C
