We remember the axiom from childhood: making jam is great, but eating it is even better. This croissant with apricot filling gives a new meaning to this axiom. This pastry combines a French recipe of delicate puff pastry with a crispy crust and apricot jam that is so native to Ukrainians.

Requires defrosting. Proof at a temperature of 25±2 °C
for 50-60 minutes, then bake at 170-180 °C for 18-22 minutes. Steam in the first minute.

Storage after cooking: 12 hours on a dry shelf.
