PreparationDefrosting of meat: Option 1. Defrosting in the refrigerator: 10 hours at a temperature of 0 °C to 10 °C. Option 2. Defrost at room temperature for 4-5 hours. 1. Preheat the heating element to 160-170 °C (use the light sensor on the panel to guide you). 2. Grease the surface of the tepan with vegetable oil, put the defrosted meat, stirring occasionally to ensure even frying on all sides. The time for frying meat on the tepan is 4-5 minutes. 3. Put the pita bread on the table, brush with the sauce, add the fried meat, lettuce, onions, Korean carrots, cucumber and tomato slices. 4. Fold the shawarma, tucking the edges of the pita bread inward. 5. Heat the finished shawarma on a tepan at 160-170 °C for 1.5 minutes on each side. Or cook on a contact grill at 220-250 °C for 4 minutes, stirring regularly. We recommend wrapping in foil.
